Chelsea forward Timo Werner netted twice as Germany bested Italy 5-2 at home on Tuesday.

However, it was the Germans who finally got going, routing the Italians in a convincing win.
Joshua Kimmich got the first goal, with Thomas Müller and Ilkay Gundogan also scoring to give Germany a 3-0 cushion.
Werner added two quick goals to make it 5-0, before Italy scored two late on to make the scoreline more respectable.
