Chelsea striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has said that his off-field issues are often forgotten when discussing his form.
The Gabon attacker has been experiencing the worst period of his career this season.
Aubameyang has failed to make the Chelsea squad on many occasions, and when he does play he has been anonymous.
A fan shared a message with him on Instagram with the caption "no matter what I'll always love you @auba".
The striker then responded: "You know sometimes people forget what's the real life and forget about how you can't control what's gonna happened [sic]."
The forward has experienced issues, such as catching malaria, having his mother almost pass away, and getting his house robbed in Barcelona, over the past year.
