Chelsea are strengthening their presence in Uruguay.
The Premiership giants had scouts Jorge Alvial and Hans Guillhaus in Uruguay last week to check on young players.
Both men were joined by Uruguayan Victor De Los Santos, who works as Chelsea's talent scout in the region.
