Chelsea senior stars Antonio Rudiger and Michy Batshuayi will play for the PL2 team tonight against Liverpool.

Rudiger has not featured in a Chelsea shirt since limping off against Manchester United in late April. Batshuayi is set to play having not yet appeared in our first three games of the campaign.

"I know I need to be patient," Rudiger told chelseafc.com.

"There is no need to rush anything because as we all know we have a long season to go. I am happy because I am going to have some minutes with the Under-23s against Liverpool.

"I'm very pleased with that."
