Chelsea star Eden Hazard has been immortalised in his native Belgium.

Former club AFC Tubize have dumped Michel Platini to replace him with a statue of Hazard.

The player's mother said: "Eden was flattered that they thought to him. From 2000, we brought him four times a week to the stadium in Tubeke. He knows the picture well and thought it was a funny idea."
