Chelsea have tabled a bid for Atletico Madrid defender Joao Miranda.Marca says Chelsea are offering €25 million for the Brazil international. Miranda's buyout clause is set at €30 million.
Miranda is also interesting Barcelona and Manchester United.
But Atletico are refusing to do business for less than the defender's buyout clause.
Chelsea have taken of Thibaut Courtois, Filipe Luis and Diego Costa from Atletico's title winning team last season.
