Chelsea are determined to make a summer move for Atletico Madrid star Antoine Griezmann.

The Daily Mirror reports that the Premier League champions are set to step up their pursuit of the French forward who has netted 27 goals in all competitions this term.

Griezmann currently has a release clause of £43.5million which Atleti are keen to increase but Chelsea plan to go ahead with an offer regardless.

However, any move for the 24-year old would limit the Blues in their mooted summer chase of Liverpool's Raheem Sterling.
