Chelsea's Torres hoping for Mourinho return

Fernando Torres has revealed that he would love to see Jose Mourinho take the managerial reigns at Chelsea.

The Portuguese tactician is all the rage to return to Stamford Bridge after Real Madrid announced he would be leaving this summer and Spanish striker Torres admits he would love to work with the self-claimed 'Special One'.

"Obviously the top managers in the world are linked with the top clubs in the world," Torres told reporters.

"This is the situation now. Chelsea is looking for a new manager, Jose Mourinho is free, so everyone links Mourinho with Chelsea because he is famous and because of what he's been saying in the last few months.

"We have players that have been working with him so they have good memories with him at Chelsea.

"I wish it would happen. I wish to have the chance to be under Mourinho's management. It's a challenge, a big motivation, so I wish it would happen."
