Chelsea's Kakuta set for Dijon loan

Chelsea youngster Gael Kakuta is reportedly set for a loan move to French club Dijon FC.

The 22-year old forward has recently completed a six-month loan deal with Bolton, where he managed just six appearances, but could spend the rest of the season at the Stade Gaston Gerard.

Dijon manager Patrice Carteron confirmed the club were in talks with the Blues but said he would face competition from the likes of Marseille and Olympiakos.

"We are in talks with Chelsea," Carteron told L'Equipe.

"I have the agreement of Villas-Boas, but six clubs are interested in the player, including Marseille and Olympiakos, which put more money on the table.

"But I am lucky to have convinced the player he was more interesting to come to Dijon."
