Cesc Fabregas has successfully undergone surgery on his broken nose. Fabregas sustained the injury during Chelsea's match with Stoke last month.

The 28 year old will miss the Blues post-season tour friendlies against Thailand All Stars and Sydney FC, but the midfielder is aiming take his place in Spain's squad next month for their friendly against Costa Rica and Euro 2016 qualifier against Belarus.
