Filipe Luis' future at Chelsea is in fresh doubt.
The Daily Star Sunday says Chelsea are ready to activate the £13.6million release clause in the contract of Valencia left-back Jose Luis Gaya.
That could see former Atletico Madrid defender Filipe Luis return to Spain from Stamford Bridge and join Valencia in exchange.
Luis, 29, has failed to establish a regular place in Jose Mourinho's side and Chelsea see Gaya, 19, as an outstanding prospect.
