Chelsea are ready to sell Victor Moses this month.

Calciomercato.com says Antonio Conte is eyeing a reunion with Moses at Inter Milan.

The former Chelsea boss was a fan of Moses's talents during their time together at Stamford Bridge.

Since Conte's departure, Moses has become an increasingly peripheral figure at the Blues, and is currently on loan at Fenerbahce.

Chelsea have slapped an £8.5million asking price on the 29-year-old, but Inter would prefer a loan deal.
