Chelsea are ready to sell striker Claudio Pizarro to Werder Bremen.
The London Evening Standard says AC Milan have told Chelsea they're not interested in taking Pizarro as part of their offer for Andrea Pirlo.
The Peru international is now likely to be sold to Werder Bremen, where he spent last season on loan.
