A return to Chelsea is on for Didier Drogba. Italian transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio is convinced Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich will seek to boost morale around the club by signing Drogba on-loan from Shanghai Shenhua.

The Ivorian has already applied to FIFA to make an immediate loan move outside the transfer window.

Di Marzio says: "Juve have tried, but it is difficult to achieve.

"A loan for three months, during the break in the championship of China, like Thierry Henry at Arsenal is now an option. If he returns to Stamford Bridge, Drogba will be coached by Rafa Benitez."
