Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is lining up a bid for Liverpool striker Fernando Torres.
The Times says Chelsea may make a new bid for Liverpool star Torres in January. A £25 million offer was rejected by the Anfield outfit last summer.
Abramovich hasn't shelled out at Chelsea since Carlo Ancelotti's appointment 18 months ago and has the funds available to bid for Torres.
Manchester United and Barcelona have also been linked with the Spaniard today.
