Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has made his interest in Wilfried Bony known to Vitesse Arnhem. The striker's agents are in talks with West Ham United this week.
However, Voetbal International says Abramovich has told Vitesse owner Merab Jordania he's interested in the Ivorian.
The two clubs enjoy a close relationship, where Chelsea have sent seven young players to Vitesse in the last two years and the Dutch club have also based their new training facilities on the Cobham complex.
