Chelsea outcast Danny Drinkwater is putting together his own video highlights as he seeks a new club for January.

The Daily Mail says Drinkwater has commissioned his own showreel featuring some of his finest finishes as he looks to attract interest before the January transfer window.

The £120,000-a-week midfielder was well down the pecking order at Stamford Bridge even before Frank Lampard's summer spending spree, having fallen out of favour under Maurizio Sarri.

Drinkwater, now aged 30, revealed his desperation to play and find a new club - employing a production company to highlight his best moments on the pitch in the form of a video CV.

A Premier League winner from his time at Leicester, Drinkwater admitted in September he was struggling with personal problems last season.
