West Ham captain Declan Rice is emerging as a Chelsea target this summer.
The England international is also linked with a move to Premier League leaders Arsenal.
Rice, who wants to leave the Hammers given the team is embroiled in a relegation battle, is a no.1 target for Chelsea.
That is according to Sky Germany's Florian Plettenberg.
He states that the Blues will go after Rice to complement their present midfield options.
They are unlikely to secure Denis Zakaria on a permanent deal from Juventus, preferring to go after Rice.
