Marco van Ginkel is excited going into the new season fully fit for Chelsea.
The midfielder joined the Blues from Vitesse Arnhem for £8million last summer but suffered a serious knee-ligament injury in September, which kept him out for the rest of the campaign.
Van Ginkel said: "In the summer I did some extra work, especially on my right leg for the knee and now it is much better.
"I am feeling good. I took a rest for maybe one week and then I started doing some exercises."
