Chelsea midfielder Oriol Romeu retains hope of extending his stay with VfB Stuttgart.

The Spaniard has spent this season on-loan with the Germans.

"I can imagine staying," he told Kicker.

"How does the club feel about me? What are their plans for me? Who will be coach? These things are of course important things."

The 23 year-old is tied to Chelsea until 2017.
