Scouts from England's biggest clubs were present for Atletico Madrid B's clash with Rayo Vallecano on the weekend.
Manchester United, Manchester City, Arsenal, Liverpool, Everton and Chelsea were all represented for the 2-2 draw.
In their sights were a raft of Atleti starlets, including French youngster Lucas, plus Spain youth internationals Iván Alejo, Samu and Hector Aquino.
Midfielder Samu (Samuel Sainz), particularly, is regarded among Spain's brightest young talents.
Samu came through the system at Real Madrid and was outstanding last week in Atletico B's victory over the Castilla.
