Premier League clubs are monitoring Marek Hamsik's deteriorating situation at Napoli.
Hamsik has a contract at Napoli until 2018 but has grown unsettled after being repeatedly overlooked by coach Rafa Benitez and could seek a fresh challenge at the end of the season.
Chelsea and Manchester United have been long-term suitors for the Slovakia international.
Sky Italia says should Benitez remain Hamsik will be the first to be sold in the summer.
