Victor Moses has told Wigan Athletic he won't be penning a new contract.
With Chelsea and Liverpool chasing the Nigeria international, the Daily Mail says Dave Whelan has put a £10m price tag on the former England Under 21 player- despite Moses only having 12 months to run on his existing deal.
Wigan have offered their prized asset a new long-term deal worth £20,000 per week, but he has made it clear he does not want to extend his stay at the DW Stadium.
The youngster remains hopeful an agreement can be reached to ensure his move to west London.
