Chelsea have made a formal move for Birmingham City goalkeeper Jack Butland. The London Evening Standard says Chelsea have submitted an official approach for Birmingham goalkeeper Butland ahead of Thursday's 11pm transfer deadline.
Butland is available for a knockdown £3.5 million from the cash-strapped Championship club.
