Chelsea youngster Jack Cork is confident England can enjoy a successful U19 European Championships.
"I think we have. The Under 21s did really well last year and we all saw what happened when they started to progress through the competition.
"Now the spotlight is on us. To be honest, I think it's good that we're under the pressure.
"We were as disappointed as anyone that the seniors didn't get to Euro 2008. But now the spotlight is on us and it's good because if it wasn't, perhaps we wouldn't be as excited as we are. This is a chance for all of us to show we have some good young players in this country.
"Personally, I think we can do really well. We scored 17 goals during qualifying and conceded only two. If we can take that kind of form into the competition, there's no reason we can't be successful in it."
