Chelsea keeper Courtois: Man Utd equaliser came thanks to Fellaini

Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois says Marouane Fellaini was the reason behind Manchester United's equaliser last night.

Robin van Persie rammed home the ball in injury-time to earn a 1-1 draw.

Seconds before the goal, Ivanovic saw red after picking up his second booking of the afternoon.

And Courtois reckons the Serbian's red card was the reason why United got their dramatic last-minute leveller.

"Maybe Branislav Ivanovic's dismissal made it more difficult," he said. "Fellaini is his man and I think Kurt Zouma took him in the end.

"Fellaini just told me in the dressing room that he was making runs at the far post, but he got tired of not getting the ball and so came into the middle for the final free-kick.

"Maybe at the end of the season we can be happy with a point, but at the moment we cannot, not the way that it happened."
