Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech says a broken finger won't stop him facing Sparta Prague in the Europa League tonight.

Cech came through at Sparta before moving to Rennes.

He said: "It does hurt and being a goalkeeper you use the hands, so it doesn't help. But I've played with broken shoulders, nose and head, so a little finger cannot stop me."
