Chelsea are eyeing Werder Bremen playmaker Diego.
The Sunday Express says Diego, 24, who has played 28 times for his country, struck twice on Thursday night as the German side moved into the semi-finals at the expense of Serie A club Udinese.
Manchester City and Juventus are also understood to be interested in the samba star.
