Chelsea are exploring re-signing Tammy Abraham from AS Roma.

TMW says Chelsea see Abraham as an alternative to Napoli star Victor Osimhen.

If the Blues fail to prise Osimhen away from the Serie A leaders this summer, they will turn to Abraham.

Manchester United have a similar plan for the England international.

For his part, Abraham has always stated he sees himself eventually returning to the Premier League.
