Chelsea are ready to sell Raul Meireles this summer.
The Daily Express says Meireles, 29, signed from Liverpool by former boss Andre Villas-Boas, will be allowed to go if the Blues can find a buyer.
Juventus, PSG and Anzhi have been linked with the Portugal international.
