Chelsea will take no less than £35million for Juan Mata according to reports.

Sky Sports is of the belief that the Blues, who have not yet received a formal bid, want a substantial fee for the Spaniard.

Mata, who joined Chelsea for £24m from Valencia in 2011, is a target for Manchester United but will certainly not come cheaply this month.
