Chelsea and USA winger Christian Pulisic is set to miss up to two months of football.

The winger suffered an injury in their 1-0 loss to Manchester City in the Premier League last week.

Manager Graham Potter this week confirmed that Pulisic could be out for a couple of months.

“Christian [Pulisic] is a couple of months we think. Raheem [Sterling] is less, hopefully less than that," he told reporters.

The injury news for both players may be part of the reason that Chelsea pushed the boat out to secure Joao Felix on loan from Atletico Madrid.

Given the congested fixture list, Pulisic being out for two months means he will miss a huge chunk of the season.
