Chelsea have struck terms with Vitesse Arnhem over a fee for Marco van Ginkel.De Telegraaf says Vitesse have accepted a bid of €8.5 million from Chelsea for the 20 year-old Holland international.
Van Ginkel is yet to agree personal terms with Chelsea and also is fielding rival interest from Ajax.
The youngster visited Chelsea's Cobham HQ on May 26 to meet with Blues technical director Michael Emenalo. He has also spoken with new Blues manager Jose Mourinho on the phone this week.
