Chelsea could have first crack at the 'new Da Silva twins' at Vitesse Arnhem.
Vitesse have announced the signing Brazilian twins Alex and Anderson Santos da Vitoria from Flamengo.
Ironically they are both fullbacks - just like Rafael and Fabio at Manchester United.
Left-back Alex and right-back Anderson, both Brazil Under-18 internationals, have now returned to their home country to pick up their work permits.
Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has close ties with Vitesse and loaned three players to the Dutch outfit last season.
