Chelsea fullback Ashley Cole will play through the pain barrier for England tomorrow night.

The Sun says Cole, 31, is suffering increasing problems with his long-standing ankle problem.

Cole is still determined to play in every game while England are at the Euros.

But if England top the group after tomorrow night, boss Roy Hodgson could even rest his left-back for the final game against Ukraine and play Leighton Baines.
