Chelsea fullback Cesar Azpilicueta admits they've lost their fear factor.
Azpilicueta feels teams are no longer scared of facing Chelsea.
"They get scared when you win lots of games in a row," he said. "When you win - that's when you get more respect. We need to manage situations better. We cannot draw this kind of game at Reading when we are leading 2-0. But we cannot be complaining all the time. We have to look forward and analyse the mistakes.
"It's about a little bit of confidence. When the team is playing better it's easier to have the mind clear to manage situations. These things can make a difference."
