Chelsea forced to rethink Chalobah sale

Premier League giants Chelsea are said to be reluctant to sell Trevoh Chalobah this summer.

The Blues had been hoping to cash in on the defender to raise funds for other purchases.

However, the London Evening Standard states their transfer strategy requires tweaking this week.

The Blues learned that defender Wesley Fofana has an ACL injury that will cause him to miss most of the coming season.

“It's really sad, really bad news," said Pochettino to reporters about Fofana.

“We feel all so sad. All we can do is help him. After that, because he is a player that is important for the team and the squad.

"Of course we now need to think and see if we keep as we are, or if we need to work to maybe add some players."
