Chelsea face losing two of their best prospects.
The News of the World says the Blues offered Gael Kakuta and Fabio Borini similar contracts worth £18,000 a week, but the duo rejected them and could now be in line to leave the west London outfit for free during the summer.
Borini is wanted back in Italy where Bologna are keen, while Kakuta is a target for France's biggest clubs, including Olympique Lyon.
Arsenal are also monitoring Kakuta's situation.
