Chelsea have reportedly made a check on Everton pair John Stones and Seamus Coleman.

Blues boss Jose Mourinho is a big admirer of 20-year old centre-back Stones and is being linked with a potential summer pursuit.

The Daily Mail reports that the newly-crowned Premier League champions are also showing interest in right-back Coleman.

Mourinho sees Stones as a long-term replacement for captain John Terry and could make a play at the end of the season while Coleman would add further quality in defence and would challenge Branislav Ivanovic for a starting spot.
