Chelsea defender David Luiz is upset with persistent rumours he's being touted around Europe.The Sun says the defender, 26, wants the club to state clearly that they do not want to sell him.
The Blues have blasted claims Luiz was named in a possible player-plus-cash move for Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney.
However, the Brazilian is still angry his name keeps cropping up as a likely departure.
