Chelsea defender Ethan Ampadu says he's improving during his loan with Venezia.
Ampadu was speaking after defeat to Napoli on Sunday.
He said, "It is my first year in Italy, I often speak with the coach and with my father in order to improve and grow more and more, but it is normal that there have been some difficulties."
Ampadu also discussed leaning on his father Kwame, a former pro.
"Not often, but it is certainly fortunate to have a father with a past as a footballer, but we have a father-son relationship, not a player coach."
The Wales international is on-loan to the end of the season.
