Chelsea defender Jeffrey Bruma is meeting with PSV Eindhoven officials today.
PSV hope to convince him about a move to the Eredivisie next season.
Voetbal International says Bruma and his agent Jan de Visser will meet with PSV officials, including coach Philip Cocu to discuss their plans for the new campaign.
Bruma spent last term on-loan at Hamburg.
