Chelsea defender Nathan Ake is digging in his heels over a loan move to Vitesse Arnhem.
The People says Ake is ready to defy Jose Mourinho - and ask to pick his club for next season.
Ake, 18, is set to be sent out on loan to Vitesse Arnhem, however he is more interested in staying in England - in the Premier League or Championship.
