Chelsea face having to wait if they want to land St Etienne defender Kurt Zouma.
Le Sport 10 says Chelsea have joined Inter Milan and AS Monaco in making contact with Zouma's camp.
The youngster is willing to play out the season with Les Verts before making the big move away in the summer.
Zouma is a favourite of Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho and favours a switch to England.
