Chelsea have announced three of their youngsters will spend next season away on-loan.
Patrick van Aanholt and Gael Kakuta have returned to Vitesse Arnhem on season-long loans, while Thorgan Hazard is heading back to Zulte Waregem in his native Belgium.
All three deals will run until 30 June.
