Chelsea are set to announce a new club partnership arrangement.

The Mail on Sunday says Chelsea expect to finalise agreement on their new partnership with Belgium league club Royal Mouscron-Peruwelz next week.

The deal will see Chelsea send their brightest prospects and non-European signings to the Belgians on-loan.

The partnership is viewed in Holland as a threat to Vitesse Arnhem's collaboration with Chelsea.
