Chelsea have joined Arsenal in their interest for Hellas Verona midfielder Jorginho. Jorginho's agent is understood to have been in London last week for talks with Arsenal officials.
Gazzetta dello Sport says Arsenal and Chelsea had scouts in the stands to see Jorginho in action against Parma.
The Italy U21 international struck two successful spotkicks to help Verona win 3-2 on the day.
