Chelsea chief Ron Gourlay insists their youngsters are capable of bringing glory to Stamford Bridge.
Big things are expected from the likes of Josh McEachran, Jeffrey Bruma and Gael Kakuta in 2011.
Gourlay thinks they have what it takes to establish themselves at Stamford Bridge.
"It has been one of this club's biggest goals of recent times to develop home-grown talent who can represent the Blues for years to come," said Gourlay.
"We have seen a number of the players who starred in that Youth Cup success, as well as some other youngsters, progressing into the first team.
"We want to build on these achievements and enjoy more success in the years to come."
