Chelsea scout Piet de Visser says Jeffrey Bruma should leave Hamburg.

The Dutch defender has failed to make a first team impression on-loan at HSV this season.

"Hamburg SV has Bruma for two seasons on loan from Chelsea and that period still has a half-season to go. But as Jeffrey is not getting the time he needs, then it is better to go to a club where he gets a fair chance," said De Visser.
