Chelsea captain John Terry and Manchester United's Patrice Evra have both made UEFA's Team of the Year.

Over four million votes were cast via the European governing body's website with the poll putting the Chelsea captain into the select 11 for the fourth time in five years.

The uefa.com users' Team of the Year 2009 is:
